We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kelsey Gormley from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager within the Grid Integration Team. In June of last year, Kelsey joined GridSME and immediately added value. Kelsey brings over ten years of project management experience for large and small capital projects, programs, and services in various settings and industries, including for public utilities and IPPs in the power industry. She is adept at understanding project requirements, monitoring project costs, and progress, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements specific to each project.
Kelsey has rapidly grown as a Grid Integration SME – taking on new projects, solving challenging problems for clients, developing processes, compounding her knowledge, and supporting her fellow teammates. Kelsey’s proficient time-management and organizational skills have shined since she arrived. In her new role, Kelsey will continue to serve clients, facilitate the team’s workload, support business development efforts, and train new team members.
