For our independent contractors, we offer competitive pay structures that put the majority of value created in the contractor’s pocket. For employees, we offer competitive salaries, health coverage, 401(k) match, an individual contributor quarterly bonus, and an annual profit sharing bonus.
Our individual contributor bonus program is a tiered structure that rewards our people for generating value in excess of cost. The larger the added value, the larger the bonus – in an accelerated manner. Our annual profit sharing program is designed to promote teamwork and an ownership mentality. 33% of the company’s annual profits are distributed to the employees via 401(k) contributions with cash bonuses when 401(k) limits are reached.
