Torri Pugh is the Lead Proposals and Marketing Coordinator on the Business Development team at GridSME, working under the leadership of Sara Rhodes. In this role, Torri leads proposal coordination, manages marketing campaigns, organizes webinars, and supports website design, all while ensuring smooth internal operations and project execution. She also handles insurance-related tasks, contributing to the team's overall efficiency.
Torri has primarily supported the Grid Integration team with NRI Process Management, RIG, and Metering scopes, while also learning from experts across our other practice areas. She is a quick learner of the various interfaces used within the company, including Adobe Workspace for proposal development, Monday.com, Duda, and marketing tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, and MailChimp. With a positive attitude, Torri is always looking for ways to make our systems more efficient, continually improving processes to help drive the success of GridSME's business development efforts.
