Kelsey brings over 10 years of project management experience for both large and small capital projects, programs, and services in a variety of settings and industries, including for public utilities and IPPs in the power industry. She is adept at understanding project requirements, monitoring project costs and progress, and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements specific to each project.
At GridSME, Kelsey leads our Grid Integration team, supporting clients through regional specific integration processes including the CAISO's New Resource Implementation (NRI) process, ERCOT's Resource Integration process, and other operating regions across the country.
