Charlotte serves as a Principal Consultant on our Reliability & Compliance team where she leverages her Alberta reliability standards, compliance, audit, operations procedures, and operations training experience to serve our Canadian client base.
Charlotte brings over 20 years of experience in the power industry, most recently having served as the Grid Reliability Services Manager at the Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO).
